In Come On Jeeves!, Jeeves is on loan to the Earl of Towcester (Bill). Bill wishes to marry Jill Wyvern but is of course strapped for cash and so decides to become a bookie. Known as Honest Patch Perkins he and his assistant Jeeves set out on this new career. Enter Sahib Biggar, a big game hunter of a certain repute, who places a winning bet which Bill cannot honour, and a clairvoyant called Mrs Spottsworth and a wonderfully funny story is set to unfold!
