9 June – Gold Bats v The Shenington Sloggers
This match, at Wroxton Cricket Club (OX15 0AA), is to be part of ‘Shenfest’, a literary and music festival that takes place in the villages of Shenington and Alkerton, near Banbury. Start time TBA.

23 June – Gold Bats v Sherlock Holmes Society of London
This annual fixture will, as usual, be played at the West Wycombe Cricket Club on Toweridge Lane HP14 3AE, starting at 11am. Do bring a picnic lunch (and tea) with you; an umbrella can also be a good idea.

1 July – Society Meeting
At the Savile Club, 69 Brook Street, Mayfair, London W1K 4ER. Meetings start from 6 pm. Note that gentlemen must wear jackets, ties are preferred and no jeans or trainers are allowed.

8 September – Gold Bats v The Authors XI
This match is to be held at Little Marlow Cricket Club, Bradish Ellames Recreation Ground, Church Road, Little Marlow, Bucks SL7 3RS, starting at 2pm.

26-29 September – Plum Crazy in Nashville
