14 June – Gold Bats v The Shenington Sloggers
This cricket match is to be part of “Shenfest”, a literary and music festival that takes place in the villages of Shenington and Alkerton, near Banbury. Start time (1.30 for) 2pm at Broughton and North Newington Cricket Club, The Turn (North Newington Turn off B4035), Banbury OX15 6AA.

21 June – Gold Bats v Sherlock Holmes Society of London
This annual fixture will, as usual, be played at the West Wycombe Cricket Club on Toweridge Lane HP14 3AE, starting at 11am. Do bring a picnic lunch (and tea) with you; an umbrella can also be a good idea.

6 July – Society Meeting
At the Savile Club, 69 Brook Street, Mayfair, London W1K 4ER. Meetings start from 6 pm. Note that gentlemen must wear jackets, ties are preferred and no jeans or trainers are allowed.
