I  -  Details of Websites with Wodehouse Material of Interest Created by Dedicated Wodehouseans

Introduction

On 2nd October, 2021 a search on Google for ‘P G Wodehouse’ produced 7,430,000 entries.  Even Bertie Wooster would have realised the implication - that not all would be useful sources of factual material concerning Wodehouse’s life and work, or of accurate and relevant ancillary information.

In an attempt to provide members and readers with an initial guide to websites which may answer some of the questions which they are researching, in this section

I Websites with Wodehouse Material

we have selected a number of websites conceived, prepared and maintained by committed and respected Wodehouseans, and invite you to investigate their sites and the information provided, and will seek to update it at regular intervals.

If you visit these or other websites, as most of you will, and are impressed by the quality and content of the material you find, please e-mail the website editor at websiteeditor@pgwodehousesociety.org.uk so we can consider adding the website reference in the next update.

Section J, which follows, is specifically designed to provide information about material held in collections belonging to Universities, Libraries and other Institutions which can make it available either on-line (which is becoming the ‘norm’) or for perusal at a personal booked visit.
